Equip for Equality / Blind Community Group Meeting – 10/26/2022

Meeting to Discuss Issues Impacting Persons with Blindness or Low Vision

 

On Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 10:30AM-12:00PM, Equip for Equality will be hosting a meeting to discuss legal issues impacting persons with low vision or blindness in Illinois. The purpose of the meeting is to solicit input from the blind community on what issues are important, in order to provide guidance to EFE on case acceptance and proactive initiatives. The meeting will be conducted remotely via Zoom; there is also an option for participants to join by phone. Barry Taylor and Andrew Webb will lead the meeting on behalf of Equip for Equality. This meeting is open to the public and all interested persons are encouraged to attend.
