Board of Directors
Equip for Equality’s board of directors is a distinguished group of professionals and advocates who bring exemplary leadership skills, knowledge of the disability community, and expertise in governance, planning and finance.
Mental Health Advisory Council
Our Mental Health Advisory Council works to advance the civil and human rights of people with mental illness in Illinois. The council consists of both consumers and advocates.
TBI Advisory Council
The Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Council meets quarterly with our staff to offer insight into how we can best meet the needs of people with brain injuries in Illinois.
Blind Community Group
The Blind Community Group is an informal group that meets every April and October to discuss how Equip for Equality can help people who are Blind, Deaf/Blind, or who have vision impairments.
